(IRMS).” The IRMS business model integrates service offerings across web
solutions, creative ideation, project management, procurement, customer service,
billing, reporting, fulfillment and distribution. The core of our successful
business model is proprietary technology that is designed, developed and implemented
by our in-house I/S staff. It optimizes management of the entire merchandising
pipeline by approaching these functions as an entire process. IMS delivers superior
service and cost savings by understanding cost and time drivers within the total
